At Routine., we want you to feel confident when purchasing from us. That’s why we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on all Routine. products, so you have time to try them properly and decide if they’re right for you.
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return within 60 days of your order date, subject to the terms below.
How the 60-Day Guarantee Works

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned items.
Sale & Discounted Items
Products purchased at a discount of 30% or more off their original retail price are not eligible for the 60-day money-back guarantee, unless they arrive faulty or damaged as required under Australian Consumer Law.
All sale purchases of this nature are considered final sale.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund:

Reasonable wear from normal use is acceptable.

Products that are damaged due to misuse, accidents, unauthorised modifications, or neglect may not be eligible for a refund.
Complimentary Gifts & Bonuses
If your order included any complimentary items, gifts, or bonus products, these must also be returned to be eligible for a full refund.
If complimentary items are not returned, we reserve the right to deduct their retail value from the refund amount.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind or guarantee returns.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Routine. is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
Trial Orders
Trial orders are covered by the 60-day guarantee only within the terms of the specific trial agreement. Where applicable, the trial period itself serves as the evaluation window prior to any ongoing charges.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe with photos and details of the issue. In these cases, return shipping costs will be covered where required by Australian Consumer Law.
